Balloon, rope, tripod, wood stick, LED light, DC motor
The helium-filled balloon floats towards the LED light on the ceiling and is pulled down by the rope tied to the rotating wood stick powered by a DC motor. The up and down cycle of movement under the light produces an expanding and contracting shadow on the whole space and the ground.
