KWAN Tsz Yan, Liz mainly focuses on painting and video installation. Her works are based on daily observation and self-understanding, and the ideas are usually presented in mixed media installations.
She is interested in exploring the possibilities between human and objects, and seeking for a personal space in modern city life. She likes to tell people’s life stories as a reflection of self, and to observe the inter-being between the urban city and humans.

I depicted the view of my home from the daytime to night-time. It reflects the loneliness under the social issues by using blue colors. With various textures and marks on different parts, it presents my unstable feeling and worries.
