KWOK Yik Lam, Emily is a Hong Kong-based artist who focuses on illustration and graphic design. Born in a Christian family, her works are mainly related to religion and interpersonal relationships. She tries to study how to strike a balance between communities and individuals, and between rules and humanity in her artmaking.

Most of Emily’s works are narratives with symbols and metaphors. She believes everyone is unique. Every story should be valued with its sincerity. What motivates her to make art is to let readers get a little comfort after reading the stories.

郭亦藍專注於插畫和平面設計,作品靈感源於自身和別人經歷。出生自基督教家庭,她的作品圍繞著宗教和人際關係,思考如何在社會與個體、教條與人性之間取得平衡點。

郭亦藍的作品往往充滿故事性的,常運用象徵和隱喻表達自身想法。她認為每人都是獨一無二,只要真誠,相信任何大大小小的故事都有值得傾聽的價值。她希望讀者花時間閱讀後,能夠得到一點點的共鳴或安慰,這就是她創作故事的動力。
